A Family Wine Estate in Burgundy

Domaine Bony-Gachot is a family-run estate located in Burgundy, in the village of Nuits-Saint-Georges, renowned for its quality wine-growing culture. Since the 2000s, Fabienne Bony has been carrying on the family winemaking legacy, which has enjoyed great success since the 1960s. Together with her husband Samuel Gachot, the estate has grown over the years to now cover 7 hectares.

This sizeable estate allows Domaine Bony-Gachot to offer red and white wines from a variety of grape varieties and appellations: Pinot Noir for the reds, as well as Aligoté, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay for the whites, with prestigious appellations including : Nuits Saint Georges, Côtes de Nuits, Gevrey Chambertin… 

Working in harmony with the land and Burgundian traditions, Fabienne and Samuel Bony-Gachot are committed to environmentally and human-friendly viticulture. It is with great passion that the estate strives to obtain the High Environmental Value Certification, notably by reducing the use of phytosanitary treatments in their vineyards.
